What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and bring innovative products to market.
• Design and build robust technologies in a large-scale distributed computing environment.
• Create scalable, fault-tolerant distributed storage, index, and query systems.
• Develop solutions for predicting outcomes on distributed systems with high speed and scale.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.
• Partner with engineering and applied science teams to translate product vision into measurable experimentation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development (non-internship).
• Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in Barcelona or able to work from the office location.
• English language proficiency required for collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
