What you will do

• Lead product ownership for the Acqueon Dialer platform to ensure optimal campaign performance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and IT to define and execute campaign strategies.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure successful feature deployment and sprint goal alignment.
• Conduct and manage UAT sessions with business partners to validate new functionality.
• Provide production support for incident resolution and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 10+ years of professional experience in customer service or product management environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience in dialer operations and campaign management.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to use data to tell a story and support informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with the Acqueon Dialer platform.
• Experience with Twilio integration or other communication platforms.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
