What you will do

• Own and prioritize the sprint backlog for technical domains, balancing roadmap commitments with reliability and technical debt.
• Translate platform requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering leads, architects, and security teams to ensure platform decisions are technically sound.
• Orchestrate new product launches and coordinate between Sales Support, Accounting, Finance, and Solutions Delivery.
• Develop training programs and documentation to empower cross-functional teams on product updates.
• Manage product information tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! to maintain transparency and tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience in product ownership, project management, or business analysis.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Proven track record of launching software services in an Agile scrum environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare IT, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product tools and agile tooling.
• PMP certification or formal Agile training/certifications.
• Experience with B2B contracting, marketing, or financial practices.
