What you will do

• Manage and refine the Eforms roadmap, balancing near‑term delivery with strategic investments.
• Translate problems into outcomes by defining epics, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to encourage healthy critique and continuous improvement.
• Build cross‑functional relationships across engineering, design, and compliance/legal.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, quality, accessibility, privacy, security, and performance.
• Provide balanced feedback and coach teams on Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products in an Agile environment.
• Background in HR compliance, onboarding, employer services, or tax withholding content.
• Experience translating complex requirements into clear product documentation and sprint-ready user stories.
• Hands-on expertise with modern product and collaboration tools, including Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro or Mural.
• Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs and basic comfort with SQL.
