What you will do

• Manage daily transactions and periodic controls for the global partner portal program.
• Support revenue management systems including program creation, monitoring, and approval follow-ups.
• Oversee the Proof of Performance (POP) process for global incentive programs.
• Collaborate with the Claims team to track and resolve pending claims.
• Partner with global finance project teams on system enhancement testing.
• Support the quarterly closing process and maintain operational compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience within international FMCG companies or leading retailers.
• University degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage operational tasks and collaborate across a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on professional approach.
