What you will do

• Lead and develop a growing CRM Data Operations team.
• Govern data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Sales Coverage in Salesforce.
• Manage data hierarchies, ownership logic, and territory alignment.
• Oversee enrichment, completeness, and deduplication workflows.
• Build and maintain data standards, dictionaries, and governance workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support GTM planning and data readiness for AI integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM data operations, Salesforce administration, or Sales Ops.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including Accounts, Contacts, and Coverage.
• Experience in building end-to-end CRM data governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with enrichment tools such as Leadspace or ZoomInfo.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
