What you will do
- Lead and develop a growing CRM Data Operations team.
- Govern data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Sales Coverage in Salesforce.
- Manage data hierarchies, ownership logic, and territory alignment.
- Oversee enrichment, completeness, and deduplication workflows.
- Build and maintain data standards, dictionaries, and governance workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support GTM planning and data readiness for AI integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM data operations, Salesforce administration, or Sales Ops.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including Accounts, Contacts, and Coverage.
- Experience in building end-to-end CRM data governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with enrichment tools such as Leadspace or ZoomInfo.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
