What you will do
- Manage recurring and ad hoc reporting across key sales metrics like pipeline, bookings, and forecasting.
- Maintain data integrity within the CRM by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist in optimizing core processes including territory alignment, account assignment, and quota tracking.
- Analyze sales trends to generate actionable insights for strategic business de-making.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership review.
- Document standard operating procedures and support system upgrades and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
