Salary: $170,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee onboarding experience including device provisioning and account setup.
• Triage and resolve hardware, macOS, and SaaS platform issues via ticketing system.
• Manage macOS endpoints and enforce policies via MDM solutions.
• Build automations using Bash or Python to eliminate manual support toil.
• Maintain office infrastructure including network, AV, and physical security.
• Manage identity and access across SSO, MFA, and directory services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Deep expertise in macOS from GUI to command line.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Kandji or Jamf.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
• Proven ability to script in Bash; Python proficiency is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, SCIM).

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SOC 2 or compliance-conscious environment.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with endpoint security and zero-trust concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional IT context.
