What you will do

• Design and architect enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and optimize ML models, including generative AI, NLP, and predictive workflows.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including ingestion, training, validation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Set up MLOps workflows for continuous integration, delivery, and model governance.
• Ensure AI implementations meet regulatory, ethical, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 6–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Watsonx, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Copilot.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and compliance.
• Strong background in cloud computing and MLOps workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning.
