What you will do

• Architect scalable agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise needs.
• Develop fine-tuning strategies for LLMs and SLMs, including model compression and performance optimization.
• Architect secure API-driven integration frameworks to connect AI services with enterprise applications.
• Lead model evaluation, benchmarking, and selection processes to ensure high-performance outcomes.
• Oversee multi-environment deployment strategies across cloud, edge, and on-premises infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data, or AI systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• 4+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale platforms and distributed systems.
• Expertise in agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in model optimization techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and quantization.
• Strong background in API design, CI/CD, and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP with an AI/ML focus.
