What you will do

• Execute management reporting including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across the group.
• Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple jurisdictions for analysis.
• Manage the cash flow calendar and monitor group liquidity.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis.
• Collaborate with accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants on daily financial operations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve overall financial data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, such as a Finance Manager or Financial Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in P&L, balance sheets, and budgeting methodologies.
• Experience working within a group structure with multiple legal entities.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, and query functions).
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• International finance certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or DipIFR.
• Basic SQL skills for querying data.
• Familiarity with Cypriot banking regulations and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or Fintech industries.
