What you will do

• Evaluate and develop collateral haircut and derivative margining methodology.
• Promote collaboration with Front Office and Product Specialists to deepen risk awareness.
• Advise senior management on Product, Market, Regulatory, and Strategic Risk matters.
• Lead product review and approval processes as part of the Functional Specialist Working Group.
• Identify and mitigate gaps in current processes and policies.
• Perform process re-engineering to improve efficiency and support digital transformation.

Requirements

• University degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in market risk or collateral evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, derivatives, and collateralized lending.
• Experience in financial instrument valuation, margining, and risk models.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, regulators, and executive committee members.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in private banking and wealth management.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Project Management certifications or experience (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with data science and advanced analytics.
