What you will do

• Prepare accurate Bank Reference Letters and Bespoke Reports within established SLAs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments on new requests based on bank guidelines and data availability.
• Manage Front Office queries and coordinate reporting requirements across Legal, Credit, and Compliance teams.
• Proactively review and enhance existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Automate manual bespoke reporting tasks to drive team productivity.
• Support leadership with ad hoc projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of banking industry experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong risk-aware mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a team-based environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Bespoke Report or Reference Letter preparation.
• Technical skills in Power BI, Excel Macros, HTML, JavaScript, or Python.
