What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of financial analysts in daily FIM and insurance referral operations.
• Optimize operational processes for the FIM business to mitigate payment and operational risks.
• Oversee the accurate calculation of retrocession fees based on partner agreements.
• Manage operational accounts receivable functions for the insurance referral business, including accruals and invoicing.
• Collaborate with governance teams and front office managers to ensure commission transparency.
• Lead upgrades and enhancements for retrocession calculation applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in finance, specifically in asset management and retrocession calculations.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial intermediary business, retrocession agreements, and financial reporting.
• Degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and SQL.
