What you will do

• Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate occupational safety and health programs, ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist in the arrangement of the Employee Communication Committee.
• Liaise with external vendors for health management and related employee programs.
• Support expatriate tax reporting processes.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive HR-related reports.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work in Taipei
• English proficiency: B2 required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR functional role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations
• Proven ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
