What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Business Officer on team structure, process design, and operational decision-making.
- Own and manage the business development operational engine, including CRM hygiene, deal forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
- Develop and track global OKRs to ensure team alignment with company-wide vision and strategy.
- Build and maintain account tiering and prioritization frameworks to maximize revenue impact.
- Create and facilitate internal training sessions to equip the team with effective GTM tools and workflows.
- Orchestrate participation in high-impact business meetings and coordinate cross-functional product launch efforts.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in business, revenue, or sales operations within high-growth tech or Web3 environments.
- Deep expertise in CRM management, deal tracking, and forecasting methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end operational processes, SOPs, and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building performance dashboards and actionable reports.
- Excellent communication skills for managing complex cross-functional relationships.
- Must be able to work onsite in New York City.

- Previous experience partnering closely with C-level executive leadership.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Linear.
