What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to final contract negotiation.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales motions with customer needs.
- Manage pipeline accuracy and provide clear forecasting for the assigned territory.
- Travel to customer sites as required to facilitate strategic meetings and deal closures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise-level sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-Level executives at large organizations.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Must be located in South Korea.
