What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to final contract negotiation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales motions with customer needs.
  • Manage pipeline accuracy and provide clear forecasting for the assigned territory.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to facilitate strategic meetings and deal closures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise-level sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to C-Level executives at large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Must be located in South Korea.
