What you will do

• Leverage React and TypeScript to craft clean, maintainable, and secure frontend code.
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve performance and scalability.
• Drive innovative solutions for complex UI challenges like global state management, theme management, and bundle optimizations.
• Collaborate with product management and customer success teams to define scope, present technical tradeoffs, and ensure business alignment.
• Actively participate in PR reviews, pair programming, and team mentoring to foster a high-quality engineering culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade products.
• Extensive proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS.
• Strong experience building highly reusable UI components and writing unit/integration tests.
• Demonstrated experience in API design and development within data-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering tools including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must work within the EST, CST, or AST time zones to ensure team collaboration.
• US-based candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies such as CoPilot, Cursor, or agentic platforms.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Tailwind, Tanstack, Zod, or Vue.
• Experience working on custom design systems and accessibility standards.
• Background in the no-code/low-code industry.
