Senior Frontend Engineer (Fintech): Developing new user-facing features for a high-traffic insurance portal with an accent on web performance, scalability, and responsive design. Location: Must be based in Indonesia (Jakarta)

What you will do

Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect and responsive UI/UX designs.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure technical feasibility of interface designs and implement responsive principles.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and standards compliance.
Integrate frontend components with server-side logic in collaboration with backend teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience as a Frontend Engineer.
Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Must be based in Indonesia.

Nice to have

Experience with mobile-first development and responsive design patterns.
Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
Understanding of web security best practices.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
