What you will do

• Define and execute the US market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Manage full P&L for US operations, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the end-to-end launch of the hirify.global Business offering in the US market.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure market readiness.
• Build and scale a high-calibre, multi-functional team from the ground up.
• Represent hirify.global in the US market, engaging with partners, stakeholders, and regulators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and general management experience.
• Significant background in Fintech, Payments, or Stablecoin sectors.
• Proven experience working at a high-growth, early-stage startup.
• Demonstrable track record of launching and scaling new business lines in the US.
• Expertise in P&L management and data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Ability to recruit and lead geographically distributed teams.
