What you will do

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with chains, communities, and Web3 brands to accelerate user growth.
• Co-develop campaigns and incentive programs that align partner objectives with product growth.
• Negotiate partnership terms, integration frameworks, and incentive models with external stakeholders.
• Lead technical and product integrations with DeFi protocols, bridges, and wallets to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to execute collaborations.
• Track market trends in stablecoins and on-chain finance to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–8+ years of experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech partnerships.
• Deep expertise in stablecoins, wallets, and DeFi protocol ecosystems.
• Proven track record of executing technical or product-focused integrations.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders across technical, business, and executive functions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on high-velocity execution in a startup environment.
