What you will do

• Lead the framing, development, and deployment of machine learning models for risk assessment.
• Transform vast amounts of structured and unstructured data into novel business insights.
• Own projects end-to-end and drive technical direction within two-week sprints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Software Engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain machine learning algorithms in production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
• In-depth understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, specifically NLP, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python and major data science libraries.
• Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and honesty.
• Must be based in Europe.
