Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 PLN net + VAT monthly (B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-driven features with continuous iteration.
• Participate in client meetings regarding architecture and system capabilities.
• Build and improve LLM/NLP-based data extraction and analysis models.
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents for multi-step, tool-augmented workflows.
• Optimize system performance for real-time and large-scale environments.
• Ensure statistical accuracy in lifecycle tracking and model evaluation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI, or ML.
• English: B2+ required.
• Polish: B2+ required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or NLP in production.
• Proven experience with RAG, vector search, or agent-based architectures.
• Strong Python proficiency (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying models or pipelines via FastAPI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Computer Vision.
