Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to work in Shanghai
• Proven experience working with automated trading systems at a proprietary firm
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and global macro factors

• Confidence, decisiveness, and an inquisitive, self-starting personality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
