What you will do

• Develop accurate and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and technical questionnaires.
• Coordinate proposal response processes, engaging subject matter experts across product, security, and legal teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts related to platform architecture and AI capabilities into structured documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal cycle, from initial assessment to final submission.
• Maintain and continuously improve the RFX knowledge repository and reusable content library.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and account teams to align responses with specific deal strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in proposal writing or presales roles.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise software environments and modern technology landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively about complex technical products.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to intelligent automation or software industry.
• Experience with proposal management tools, knowledge bases, or documentation systems.
• Fluency in additional languages.
