What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of information architecture within the product content team.
  • Define and maintain departmental content models, including information types and reusable components.
  • Establish and manage structured templates, taxonomy, and metadata systems to improve content findability.
  • Partner with support, marketing, and product teams to reduce content divergence and ensure quality.
  • Conduct audits and user research to identify structural improvements and address content gaps.
  • Guide writers on adopting structured content templates and information architecture best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Content Design, UX Writing, or Technical Writing.
  • Proficiency in creating content models, taxonomy systems, and structured authoring frameworks.
  • Experience preparing content for AI-driven systems such as RAG/LLM pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of CMS, CCMS, or knowledge management systems like MadCap, Paligo, or Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with large-scale modernization of legacy documentation.
