What you will do

• Manage all content needs for a specific product pillar, owning the end-to-end content lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear and concise microcopy.
• Develop UX/UI content and provide feedback on product areas to improve user experience.
• Create user assistance materials, including Help Center articles, product tours, and sidebar content.
• Define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide and broader design system assets.
• Analyze internal and external feedback to define content priorities and address customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content.
• Native English proficiency (mother-tongue).
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to match different customer personas and use cases.
• High level of autonomy in managing and prioritizing tasks with minimal oversight.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
