What you will do

• Partner with engineering, science, and product teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the AI product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with public affairs on regulatory initiatives and policy shaping.
• Monitor evolving AI-related legal developments to provide actionable risk mitigation and solution strategies.
• Draft and negotiate complex service agreements and terms for upstream partners and suppliers.
• Deliver training and legal support on AI compliance matters across the business.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a law firm or tech company with a focus on IT law.
• Master degree in law; bar admission is considered a strong plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills capable of presenting complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and team-oriented environment.
