🔧 Position: Payment Networks Manager
📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid

We build payment technology for businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a Payment Networks Manager to own and develop our relationship with Visa and Mastercard, while ensuring our products, processes, and operations remain aligned with scheme requirements.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s relationship with Visa and Mastercard
• Coordinate communication with scheme representatives, certifications, approvals, and participation in scheme programs
• Own scheme-related initiatives as a Product Owner / Business Analyst
• Monitor scheme bulletins, mandates, and announcements, assess impact, and ensure timely implementation
• Support compliance by monitoring transaction flows, data integrity, and operational alignment with scheme rules
• Validate scheme billing, fees, and reports with finance and accounting teams
• Coordinate across engineering, integrations, finance, and compliance
🗒 Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working directly with Visa and/or Mastercard
• Experience as a Scheme Manager, Payment Product Manager, or Business Analyst in card processing
• Strong understanding of card processing, including authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, 3DS, and network tokenization
• Ability to interpret scheme requirements and translate them into internal scope
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⭐️ Nice to have:
• Experience in PCI DSS environments
• Exposure to acquiring and issuing platforms
• Background in fintech, ISVs, or payment gateways
• Familiarity with scheme certification processes
