Senior Legal Counsel (Fintech)

Strategic Partnership

• Act as a key advisor to top management on global expansion, banking partnerships, and payment ecosystem integration.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure the company remains "audit-ready" and compliant within various financial licensing frameworks (brokerage, trading).

Contract Management

• Lead the full lifecycle-from structuring to drafting-of complex B2B agreements (LSA, SLA, Liquidity agreements).

IP Protection

• Develop and execute strategies to safeguard software rights and proprietary technologies.

International Structuring

• Oversee corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions (EU, AIFC, offshore).

Dispute Resolution & HR Legal

• Manage pre-litigation claims and provide legal oversight for HR initiatives (internal policies, labor relations).

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8+ years of legal practice (Senior level).
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in FinTech or the Brokerage industry is mandatory.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of cross-border licensing and interaction with financial regulators (EU/UK/Seychelles).
• Soft Skills: Fluent English (C1/C2) and proficiency in using AI tools to optimize legal workflows.
• Nice-to-Have: CySEC certifications (AML/Advanced), familiarity with MiFID II/DORA, or M&A experience.
