What you will do

• Adopt a test-first approach to develop automated tests before code implementation.
• Assess, define, and document test frameworks and automation tools for long-term maintainability.
• Develop comprehensive test plans including performance, integration, and destructive testing strategies.
• Create pipelines to enable continuous testing within agile workflows.
• Analyze product code changes to design effective test cases and identify security vulnerabilities.
• Review and resolve test results, improving fragile tests and reducing false positives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing large-scale software and complex configurations
• Legal authorization to work in the USA is required
• Proficiency operating as a developer in the IBM mainframe environment
• Solid understanding of CICS architecture and commands
• Experience implementing JCL for batch processes in zOS or zVSE
• Competency in at least one of: Metal C, REXX, CLIST, ISPF, or JES 2/3+
