What you will do

• Lead QA strategy development and execution for AAA or multiple smaller game titles.
• Direct the development, maintenance, and execution of test cases and documentation.
• Optimize test designs to maximize efficiency and ROI across multiple product releases.
• Manage project staffing, task allocation, and provide leadership to a team of QA Leads.
• Collaborate with customers to plan test requirements and represent the company in public forums.
• Ensure accurate time estimation and priority setting for successful game releases.

Requirements

• University degree in Programming, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience leading testing for multiple games across diverse platforms.
• Proven experience in leading and developing professional teams.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks, tools, and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, technical implementation, and product lifecycle management.
• Must be based in Redmond, Washington, USA

Nice to have

• Experience with game localization and LQA testing.
• Exposure to audio engineering processes.
• Knowledge of web services, security, and BCP testing.
