Senior Program Manager (Engineering)

Senior Program Manager, Engineering (Cybersecurity): Leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs with an accent on cloud migrations, platform modernization, and reliability improvements. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sunnyvale (CA), Austin (TX), New York (NY), Redmond (WA), or Washington (DC). Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on-site required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives across SRE, platform, and product teams.
• Translate business and engineering priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, identify dependencies, and resolve critical blockers with urgency.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, including delivery timelines, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams worldwide, facilitating communication and executive reporting.
• Ensure operational readiness, proper documentation, and change management processes are in place.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures.
• Proficiency in Jira and extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical topics to both engineers and executives.
• Must work effectively with worldwide cross-functional teams in collaborative environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
