What you will do

• Develop and execute regional business development plans targeting end customers and application trends.
• Manage regional pricing strategies and RFQ processes to drive revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with global sales teams to convert leads and optimize the marketing forecast.
• Create and manage sales channel strategies, including incentive programs and contract terms.
• Perform market benchmarking and collect price insights to support business growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 equivalent) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong background in marketing tools, methodologies, and business development.
• Knowledge of semiconductor markets, supply chains, and discrete components like MOSFETs, IGBTs, or PMICs.
• Advanced proficiency in data tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI or Spotfire.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams with high intercultural awareness.
• Structured, analytical, and result-driven approach to complex problem solving.
