What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into client platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Research and implement new algorithms to enhance product performance.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles
• English language proficiency: B2 level or higher
