What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of ML engineers.
• Own the end-to-end development of ML solutions from experimentation to production deployment.
• Design and review ML architectures, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and monitor descriptive and predictive ML models.
• Ensure best practices in model observability, CI/CD, and production support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning or data science.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Spark and Airflow.
• Upper Intermediate English level with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics.
