What you will do

• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of Analysts and Engineers overseeing their full lifecycle.
• Translate company-wide strategic objectives into actionable goals for the Technical Shared Services team.
• Forecast resource requirements and manage team capacity to ensure efficient delivery across projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for project methodologies and internal configuration tools.
• Act as the primary lead for technical escalations to Development, managing documentation and resolution tracking.
• Provide data-driven reporting to executive leadership on team performance, service targets, and project results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or customer-facing technical services in a SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, database-driven workflows, and financial software.
• Proven ability to connect team-level objectives to global company goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on negotiation and diplomacy.
