Product Manager (AI): Building and evolving consumer-grade learner journeys within an AI-native educational platform with an accent on AI integration, user engagement, and long-term retention. Focus on translating complex user behaviors into intuitive product features, designing scalable habit-formation systems, and driving product lifecycle ownership from end to end.

Location: Remote, must be based in Europe. Typical working hours are 6 am–2 pm EST to ensure overlap with the US team.

What you will do

• Own critical product areas throughout the entire learner lifecycle.
• Build AI-powered features that move beyond surface-level integrations to provide core value.
• Apply design thinking to conduct user research and behavioral analysis for intentional product decisions.
• Design systems that drive activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality products.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform iteration and prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products with sustained user engagement.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML with hands-on experience in shipping AI-powered features.
• Deep commitment to customer-obsessed product development and user research.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Must be located in Europe and able to maintain overlap with EST working hours.
