What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions using within Salesforce environments.
- Administer and configure complex Salesforce applications to meet enterprise business requirements.
- Manage metadata and source format pipelines to ensure seamless deployments and robust version control.
- Facilitate the transition from traditional development practices to agile methodologies.
- Utilize Robotic Testing to ensure functionality and application performance.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in Salesforce development and CI/CD.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience implementing DevOps solutions.
- Salesforce Admin Certification required.
- Strong technical background in Salesforce development, including APEX, Lightning, REST, and Web Services.
- Proven experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to perform critical updates in production environments responsibly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Metadata Pipeline and Source Format Pipeline.
- Knowledge of Robotic Testing and broader test automation tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce-specific version control workflows.
