What you will do

• Analyze business processes to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
• Develop and execute the corporate AI transformation strategy.
• Prioritize and manage initiatives based on business ROI and implementation speed.
• Build and scale internal AI tools including knowledge bots, copilots, and reporting systems.
• Establish standards and best practices for AI adoption across HR, marketing, and product teams.
• Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness and technical success of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling company-wide AI systems or internal platforms.
• Proficiency with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
• Technical background with experience in Python, TypeScript, or Golang.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 sectors.
• Deep understanding of vector databases and data flow optimization.
