Salary: $140,761 - $179,228 a year

What you will do

• Improve the payments platform by expanding payment offerings and optimizing checkout flows.
• Ensure customers can pay and providers get paid promptly.
• Ensure financial transaction completeness, accuracy, and auditability.
• Analyze production issues, dig into root causes, and make improvements to systems.
• Work across the backend and frontend on both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end users and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a professional software developer.
• Strong understanding of data-intensive application design and architecture principles.
• Proficiency in working with Python.
• Familiarity with React and React Native.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale orders and finance systems that handle money, payments, tax, checkout, etc.
