TL;DR

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings.

Salary: $120,588 - $135,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support delivery alignment and effective collaboration.
• Serve as the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and hirify.global delivery practices.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress.
• Manage Agile tooling environments to ensure backlog integrity, effective sprint planning, and transparent documentation.
• Actively manage team delivery by identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and ensuring blockers are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Product Delivery certification or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, GitHub).
