Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings.
Salary: $120,588 - $135,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support delivery alignment and effective collaboration.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor team members on Agile principles and delivery practices.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress.
- Manage Agile tooling environments to ensure backlog integrity, effective sprint planning, and transparent documentation.
- Actively manage team delivery by identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and ensuring blockers are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Product Delivery certification or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, GitHub).
