What you will do

• Own problems end-to-end, from framing opportunities to shipping high-quality UI.
• Lead research, including interviews, usability tests, and product analytics.
• Design at a system level, maintaining a token-based design system.
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to drive prioritization and ensure crisp handoffs.
• Ship, measure, and iterate based on success metrics and impact analysis.
• Champion privacy & accessibility, designing with HIPAA/PHI considerations and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in end-to-end product design, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience required.
• Portfolio with case studies showing process, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual polish across mobile and web; proficiency with Figma.
• Comfortable running studies and using product analytics/experiments to guide decisions.
• Experience building/maintaining multi-brand, cross-platform design systems.
• Excellent written/spoken comms; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy environments.

Nice to have

• Experience designing health or fintech products with sensitive data, or regulated contexts.
• Familiarity with biometrics/wearables and data visualization best practices.
• Basic front-end literacy (React/Swift/Kotlin concepts) to collaborate efficiently.
• Motion and micro-interaction prototypes for comprehension and feedback.
