Content Strategist

Content Strategist: Leading the development and execution of high-impact content initiatives across channels with an accent on storytelling, user experience, and business goals. Location: Remote (Canada). Must be based in the provinces of Ontario and Québec

Salary: $75,000 - $112,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Develop and own the overarching content strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and brand voice.
• Lead content planning and editorial calendar development across platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators and writers to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.
• Conduct audience research, content audits, competitive analysis, and SEO research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to support content needs in product experiences and user journeys.
• Use data and analytics to measure content performance and iterate on strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of content strategy or editorial experience, preferably in a digital-first environment.
• Strong editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in SEO, content performance metrics, and user-centered content design.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and project management platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe.

• Experience in health vertical, B2B2C, Commerce, Finance.
