What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure powering institutional digital asset services.
• Build and integrate virtual accounting layers and high-performance customer-facing APIs.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from initial development through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and security teams to meet rigorous financial regulatory standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability and security of platform systems.
• Improve engineering practices through code reviews and the implementation of automated testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-5 years of professional experience in backend development and distributed systems.
• Experience contributing to multi-tenant platform architectures or customer-facing APIs.
• Proficiency with cloud-native microservices and infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Demonstrated commitment to code quality, reliability, and security practices.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with C++, Go, or Rust.
• Background in financial services, banking-as-a-service, or ledger systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like SOC 2.
