What you will do

• Develop technical strategies to drive infrastructure and code changes through a semantic business model.
• Architect and build autonomous orchestration systems that detect and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Integrate complex human-in-the-loop workflows to provide expert guidance to automated processes.
• Partner with ML, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure deep integration across platforms.
• Perform technical design reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Research innovations in AI-driven infrastructure and share insights across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must be a resident of a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
• Expertise in backend systems within large-scale service-oriented architectures.
• Strong understanding of how backend logic translates to customer-facing UX.
• Experience balancing short-term business needs with long-term technical quality.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.
