• Conduct training and adaptation of new employees, design, optimize, and improve adaptation processes.
• Check tasks within the training framework and monitor deadlines, answer questions.
• Write and supplement work instructions, update training materials.
• Develop and conduct knowledge assessments, perform additional tasks from team leads.
• Regularly check work email and respond to colleagues in messengers.

Требования

• Experience in development for six months, knowledge of Python, DataLens, JS for ChartEditor, understanding of SQL and YQL; knowledge of Groovy is a plus.
• Experience in training or mentoring, or writing instructions and conducting onboarding, competent in speaking and writing.
• Ability to work with data and conduct subject matter expertise, familiarity with Yandex Tracker (automation) is a plus.
• Possess a broad vocabulary, can structure and easily convey complex information.
• Ability to make independent decisions, think systematically and plan time, responsible, empathetic, and patient.
