• Establish clear rules of engagement and orchestrate high-level review rhythms focused on strategic risk assessment.
• Bridge the framing gap between core AI model advancements and specific features within partner product divisions.
• Synthesize operational data and roadmaps to facilitate executive-level trade-offs.
• Define what successful cross-collaboration looks like by building resilient, dependable pathways between hirify.global technical experts and partner product teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, organizational-level technical programs, managing multi-stakeholder product portfolios and cross-business unit partnerships.
• Expert-level technical background, with profound AI knowledge.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to protect your strategic scope and prevent operational drift.
• Proven ability to navigate highly ambiguous, ever-evolving environments.
• Passionate about AGI and deeply curious about emerging technologies.
