What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI‑enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable adoption plans, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and impacted teams to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive‑ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
• Shape high‑quality organizational change deliverables while coaching junior team members and partnering closely with business and technology teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline.
• Working understanding of how AI‑enabled tools and solutions are applied in organizational change contexts.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows.
