What you will do

• Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern technologies.
• Work across both backend and frontend layers, as well as integration points within complex enterprise systems, including CRM/CX solutions.
• Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions, acting as a business advisor to clients.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation and participate in peer code reviews.

Requirements

• A recent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the confidence to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• A customer-oriented mindset and genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international environments.
• Availability to travel when required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with at least one programming language like Java or C#.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Understanding of database concepts (SQL) and experience with source control tools (e.g., Git).
